The staff will answer your call and have a lawyer best suited to your situation call you back. You will have an initial meeting at no charge and if they take your case you only pay if you win. We were in a car accident at which we were not at fault . We could get no service from our insurance company and the medical bills were piling up. We contacted Bergeron Clifford LLP and Warren WhiteKnight came to see us the next day. He explained what we were entitled to and started legal action on our behalf. He was extremely helpful and was able to clarify the injury guidelines of the ontario accident insurance system and also get a monetary settlement for our personnel injuries.
