Motor vehicle accidents involving trucks and tractor trailers often result in serious or fatal crashes in Ottawa, Kingston or Whitby. As discussed in other articles in our car accident legal library, crashes involving trucks are more serious, and the injuries sustained by people are also often more serious due to the sheer size of the trucks. In addition, many accidents involving trucks happen on highways; therefore, all vehicles involved are traveling at high speeds when the accidents occur.
